Ari Kamil: On My Own Terms

Ari Kamil is active in the Lander community…

…and that’s an understatement! They’ve given their time and efforts to local organizations like Lander Performing Arts, Sinks Canyon Summer Camp, WyoJazz, Wind River Pride, and more. Ari brings a creative and positive energy to everything they do, uplifting our community in the process.

They told this story at our event held on June 24, 2022 at the Lander Public Library in Lander, Wyoming. Our theme that evening was “Coming Home” and the event was hosted in partnership with Wind River Pride.

These days, you’re likely to find Ari’s smiling face at the Lander Art Center where they are the Executive Director, or perhaps as the enthusiastic emcee of an event with Wind River Pride, or at any number of other happenings around town!

Music for this season comes from artist Jason Tyler Burton, featuring the song “On My Mind” from his album Lost Behind the Ranges.

The Houlihan Narratives is possible in part thanks to the generosity of the LOR Foundation and is produced by Plug Tone Audio.
